Our home warranty company referred us to Federal Elite for some issues that we were having with our HVAC system. I’d never heard of them prior to this, but was pleasantly surprised when they contacted us the same day to schedule on a Friday evening. We had two technicians, Ben and Shawn, working on the job for the better part of a day. They were so kind and diligent. We had just moved into our house and the AC unit we have is 39 years old and had seen much better days. There was a lot to be done and they did fantastic work for a great price. Corey was AMAZING!! I had issues with my Nest thermostat. Corey came within an hour of my call (he drove 45 minutes to get to my house), diagnosed the problem accurately and heated my house quickly.
