“I contacted several carpet repair companies for carpet restretching. I was discouraged ‘til I spoke with Sean at Knights Carpet. He quickly gave me a very reasonable quote by phone, I made the appt, then unfortunately had to cancel.Since I was so impressed with Seans to the point professionalism & quick response... I kept the number to reschedule.I had purchased new furniture; it was being delivered in less than 48 hrs. I hesitated but thought I'd check to see if there was any way I could get my carpet restretched within that short time frame of delivery.I contacted Sean leaving a message receiving an immediate reply back from Seans partner, Matt. Based on the size of the 1 room that needed restretching... my situation was accommodated the following morning. Matt squeezed me in just before his 1st appointment.
