Ive used Harris for a few years now. They are absolutely a dying breed- great quality service at a fair price. They are careful with your belongings, dont drag their equipment over your banisters or smack into baseboards, etc (all things ive had happen with other cleaners). Recently my dog got ahold of a liquid neon highlighter and broke it open on the carpet. I was sure I had to replace it. They told me what not to use (oxy clean) and then came and got it out when I could not. They also have a spot carpet cleaner they sell that is amazing.
