“I had Chloe as my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. The nails matched my reference photo exactly and I got so many compliments! She knows how to take care of customers and I felt relaxed during the whole appointment. I accidentally cut myself with the nail brush when I was washing my hands and she took care of it accordingly and made sure to be extremely gentle with my nail beds. There is no other nail tech with this level of attention to detail and I couldn’t recommend her enough!“

“My first experience working with Kelly was with family photos. She was professional, patient, and made sure to offer suggestions and involve us in the process. The pictures were amazing! I loved them and Kelly so much that I made a lash appt with her. Kelly is so sweet and it’s apparent that she takes pride in her work and has great customer service. Her work area is meticulous and very clean. My recent experience was a kids party and I booked with her for face painting and hair tinsel. She has the patience of Job. Kelly is so talented! “I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process.

Janice called and couldn't tell me the reasoning behind my cancellations and she was very sympathetic. Gave me credit for a 90 minute massage. I have increased my rating to a 4/5 stars due to this resolution.“

And frankly, in spite of hot baths with Epsom salts, stretching, yoga and over the counter anti-inflammatory and pain relief drugs, I slowly became used to enduring a life of small to moderate but continuous aches and pains.
