And also giving me tips and knowledge on how to work on things at home between adjustments for better results. When I was seeing him consistently my posture was better and I felt amazing. (I have hip and back pain from work). Fast forward I hurt my rib in December shoveling snow, and it’s now almost November. I thought it was a pulled muscle so I have been living in pain almost a year when I finally made an appt to see nick. My ribs were out of place and he literally fixed it. I’m writing this this morning pain free after almost a year of being in constant pain. I can’t thank him enough, can’t recommend him enough. The following week I scheduled a massage with Allison. Allison is a very kind and calming person. She created an environment where I felt safe. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it, and was very attentive to my comfort level. I’m amazed how much better I feel after our 30 minute appointment together. My first full appointment with Dr. Kauffman is scheduled two weeks from now. I am so excited to continue working with the team, and to start feeling like myself again.”

“I was having pretty bad pain and cramping in my shoulder/ trap and Crystal was a GOD SEND because she was able to quickly and effectively get me back to tip top shape! I don’t usually get massages because I’m incredibly ticklish and end up being very uncomfortable but Crystal uses pretty strong pressure that is consistent so I didn’t have any issues with that with her. Overall 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be going back!”

“I utilized Nurture quite a bit throughout my pregnancy. I did prenatal yoga and the hypnobirthing class and we also had a birth doula (shout out to Nicole?), and a post partum doula (Amanda?).<br><br>Yoga was fun to surround myself with other pregnant mommas and get in a great stretch.<br><br>Hypnobirthing was my favorite and most impactful experience. Learning about what is going on during labor really boosted my confidence and empowered my mindset for labor!<br><br>Nicole was a wonderful presence in the delivery room, reassuring me that I was doing a great job and was there to suggest comfort measures as things progressed.<br><br>My husband and I always looked forward our postpartum doula, Amanda, coming to look after our daughter Quinn and help around the house a bit! Quinn seemed to love being cared for by Amanda and Mike and I woke up refreshed after the nap we were able to enjoy when Amanda was in our home!<br><br>I’d recommend Nurture to any expecting family to help ease your mind for labor and delivery prep and to hire extra help to care for yourself and your new baby.
