Before my appointment with Aruna I was experiencing tightness and pain in my lower back. I chose to work with Aruna based on her reviews and the fact that she would help target the source of my pain and alleviate it. She used multiple methods to treat my back including massage, MPS therapy and cupping. Prior to the massage I couldn't reach much past my knees without feeling the pain in my back, but after was able to put my hands flat on the floor!
Aruna has treated my surgical scars over several appointments. This isn’t a superficial treatment - it has broken up the tight connected tissue below the surface that pulls on my muscles and used to cause me intense pain. I didn’t believe her that it would provide immediate results - after the first session, I reached down to touch my toes with ZERO tightness or pain and I could not believe it.
The results truly are permanent, and I have only come back once or twice in the last year just for maintaining. The atmosphere is calming, relaxing and her touch is truly healing.

This therapy cut my migraine pain in half after the first session. I am having less migraines that are less painful. I have been on every migraine medication but this is the first thing that has actually helped. Highly recommended!
