Aruna was a God send for my recovery. After major surgery, I sustained a nerve injury in my arm. I had significant numbness and pain in my arm. I also had pain in several scars, including a chest tube site that wouldn’t heal. She was essential to my healing process. She is gifted at listening to what my body needs, and using several different techniques- massage, stretching, sound healing and micro current neurostimulation. She not only helped with the pain, but helped to fade the appearance of the scars and speed the recovery time. I’m happy to say my recovery took a huge turn for the positive after a handful visits. Now we are in a maintenance phase, and she has been able to help me with old injuries and scar tissue. She has done wonders with an ITB scar from surgery that was 20 years ago! I have more range of motion and less pain with running! I cannot recommend Aruna and her services enough, not to mention she is a true delight to be around!
