“I JUST left my appointment, first time I've been here too! I will never go to another waxing place again!! I was a little nervous at first because I haven't done sugaring before and i have sensitive skin, but the whole experience was phenomenal. Taylor was my waxer and she was so sweet, nice and knowledgeable, explained everything really well and made me feel super comfortable and was very thorough (which i really appreciate). Other places used soft/hard wax and the strips, very hot and painful and it would make me bleed and they would leave wax behind with no option to clean up, this place is the complete opposite, not hot, not too painful, no bleeding and she cleaned up well and also gave me a warm rag to wipe off with AND a balm to apply afterwards. 100/10 experience, i would recommend for everyone! (Highly recommend the hydrojelly too)“

“I have been bringing a family member here for a couple of months now, to help treat eczema. They have always been friendly, efficient, and the place is super clean and nice inside. The staff will take the time to explain different products, the tanning process, and so on.However, this makes it even better - we were in the other day, and a woman was going to tan and brought a family member with special needs. While the woman tanned, the women working that day were very nice and patient with her, answering the same question several times, asking her how she was, reassuring her while she waited, and even helping her get a movie playing in her tablet when she couldn’t get it going. They were amazingly compassionate and caring with her.It is one thing to have a nice business, but going above and beyond to be kind like that says a ton of good things about the people working there and the experience you can expect as a customer!“

She’s super detail oriented and takes specific steps to make sure that the tan looks perfect. I loved the way I looked and thought it was worth every penny. “I just left the Kenwood location and was very impressed with the service. I have never seen it so busy (in 10+ years) and the 2 young ladies were very gracious. Many customers walked in at the same time after 8pm. I'm glad they had more than one person to close because I'm sure they will be there late tonight. Despite the chaos, they were kind to each customer. The girl with the wavy red hair was exceptionally sweet and apologetic to everyone for the wait (not her fault!). “This place looks and feels a lot cleaner since the remodel. The upgraded beds are great too. I am disappointed that I can't be offered a similar bed at different locations, because one location has updated beds. The staff here is okay; it's hit or miss. One day you might walk into a smiling face, other days I get grumpy older ladies that barely pay attention to me the whole time I'm there. The only reason I visit this location is for the updated beds. The Harper's Point location has the best service.“

“Not a terrbile place to tan; the staff is always friendly and this location is very clean. The beds are clean and there is never a wait, the beds are always functioning as well. The prices are a bit high in my opinion, but what isn't expensice anymore.I like the ability to be able to pause the membership or tan at other locations. They are also very clear on charges and fees, and everything is easily accessible on the website. When I signed up, I paid for the higher tier (gold I think) for $60 a month. When you sign up it is a tad bit expenisve, and the package that I purchased came with 1 free spray tan. The only negative is that the spray tan is only good for a limited time, and then it expires. That is my only complaint, because for what I am spending monthly, plus the large startup fee, I should have the option to get my free spray tan WHENEVER I choose to, not when they want me to. Overall not a terrible tanning salon and I would reccomend them if you want a quick tan for the Fall and Winter months.Service: UV tanning“
