I really appreciate the customer service here. They are always really nice and helpful but aren't overly pushy with sales. However, it seems the beds are very inconsistent. I have told them before that several of their beds face fans aren't working but then am told that they haven't had anyone else complain so they dont look into it. Here I am again in bed 5 and the face fan isn't working again... I can't go without these since I overheat easily. Please take customer complaints seriously when it comes to your beds.

This place is awesome. It is always clean and everyone is always friendly. They answer any question you have and they suggest products but never have I personally had them keep pushing me to buy any. Great place

I have been wanting to Palm Beach Tan for about 4 years now the girls in there are very sweet. They remember what you like what beds are your favorites they treat you well. It's always very clean. I'm very comfortable there. Highly recommend the one in Hyde Park. That's where I go.
