“They fixed my mom's dryer when their competitor couldn't, fixed my business' washer and my home's dryer all in the last 3 months. They did all 3 repairs superbly, were professional, punctual, timely, and fairly priced. Vince even cleaned my dryer vent as a courtesy, since it was somewhat clogged. He wasn't there to work on the dryer at the time, but was working on my washer. He even made a special trip back to the store to get a ladder that would access the dryer vent in my soffit. I'll definitely use them again.“

“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE using BA! Elliott is an awesome repairman! I have been familiar with BA Appliance for over 6 years from other people using them. I have been fortunate enough to not need an appliance repair since owning this home since 2009. But then IT finally happened, and one of the burners on my JennAir glasstop stove insert died. I tried to google/youtube the issue, but realized it was a task I could not, nor wanted to handle. The stove is older, so I was worried it might not be able to be repaired. BA Appliance is located over in Anderson area, & I am all the way up in Symmes Twp. I wasn't sure if I should try someone closer, but I knew for years that BA has done good for other people I know. Communication was great after booking an appointment online. Elliott called to confirm, & it happened to be scheduled the afternoon the big snowstorm was coming. I told him it was ok to reschedule, but he made his way in the afternoon anyway. He diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately the part needed was unavailable locally. I felt bad that Elliott stayed as long as did, and still had to drive home since the snow was already accumulating over a couple of additional inches. He ordered the part that day last week, and expected it to be in by this morning to install. Part was delayed, but Elliott called me to say that if the part came in by afternoon, he would make sure to come and install it. I said it was ok if it had to wait until tomorrow, but he wanted to make sure I was taken cared of as soon as possible. Needless to say, the part came in & he called to say he could be at my home in 30 minutes. Elliott is very knowledgeable about so many appliances. We chatted about refrigerator/freezers, washers,... He was very clean about his workspace. He wore booties entering the home. I truly loved our personal experience with BA Appliance Repair and highly recommend them for any service they can provide. “Lee and jacks this morning in desperate need of a new washer. Saw what we wanted as we walked in the door. Associate came and asked if she could help us. We told her we wanted this machine, we were written up at 11:08 and had them deliver and install by 2:00! Is not a big box showroom, but clean, prices well marked, and the service was beyond compare! Will only be doing business with them in the future.“

“Great experience with this company. Honest and direct; showed me two options to solve my problem and walked through pros and cons of each.

This was an AC issue that showed up right at the end of fall, so we waited till late Feb/early March to call. They got me in on the first day of the season warm enough to test AC.

Most important to me: United did *not* try to convince me I needed a system replacement or major component replacement when I didn’t. That goes a long way for me!“

“I am strongly recommending Howards Kitchens without any reservation. We did a major remodel of our kitchen which required a complete tear out and demolition. Before we did so, we obtained three different bids. Howard’s Kitchens was the best and most thorough bid. Howard’s Kitchens designs were also the most thoughtful and creative.
Howard’s crew was exceptional, highly skilled and well organized. They did everything from the plumbing, wiring, drywall and appliance installations. No waiting for subcontractors. When they left for the day, the premises were spotless- no dust or debris. The fact that they have worked for Howards for many years says a lot about the owner. I would add that they were trustworthy and did not require us to be there with them- a big plus. Mr. Kaplan, the owner, was always available and always promptly returned our calls.
