“These guys are great! They are a 4th generation family business. They are quick, honest, fair, and do great work! They were referred to me by a friend of mine. They have serviced my washers and dryer at least 5 or 6 times over the last few years. They are always on time, and honest. When they can fix it, they do exactly that. When it isn't worth fixing, they recommend you get a new one. Yesterday they turned down two repairs on my washer even though they had the part for problem #1 in hand because Thomas realized that problem #2 was a severe one. He said it would be smarter to get a new washer. He told me he didn't care where I got it, but offered me a very nice discount if I wanted to get one from him. The discount was VERY generous, and the information he provided was even more valuable. No pressure, just honest answers to my questions and a great deal. So, I bought the washer from them. The install was same day!!!, and easy. They installed the new one with new hoses, and removed the old one. The washer is great, and it is a great feeling knowing that I have an honest and reliable place to call when I do eventually need them again. I really couldn't be happier with Pate. I would suggest you give them a call for the repairs, and at least give them a shot when you need to buy. I won't be going back to the big stores anymore. Pate is great!“
