Tom showed up promptly as scheduled. He was friendly & professional. He took over a repair on my dishwasher that Goodman was unable to complete. If you want to talk negative experience Goodman, several no shows and not even capable of removing the dishwasher from under the counter.Service: Dishwasher repair

The appointment with TJ was scheduled by the warranty service company. He called a day ahead and asked if we were available early and was here within an hour. When I explained the issue he was able to bring the parts to fix the issue while he was here.Service: Dryer repair

I had a very positive experience with this company. Our home warranty sent TJ appliance repair over to diagnose and fix our LG dryer. He knew the issues immediately and ordered parts that day. 3 days later I had a working dryer again! Tom was very friendly and quick!Service: Dryer repair
