Tom is super responsive and friendly! He let us know when the part was delayed a day, but was here the next day. Took care of our issue. Would recommend.
Have lowes protection plan. I talked to them in the morning he said he'd pick up part for our dryer and had it fixed before supper. Very friendly, fixed problem fast and would use them again.
