They came over and took the piece off so they could match the color and get the right length (you gotta love when customization). And then got all the tools they needed and came back. James is experienced, honest, and not pushy on overselling services. His crews are friendly, flexible to make small adjustments as the projects move along, and clean up the job site. There were a few small hiccups on the siding job with materials delivery and incidental damage, but James and took full responsibility to make everything right.
