I worked with James and his crews on 2 major projects over the last 6 months. The first was a siding/soffit/fascia board install last summer and the second a complete roof in February. James is experienced, honest, and not pushy on overselling services. His crews are friendly, flexible to make small adjustments as the projects move along, and clean up the job site. There were a few small hiccups on the siding job with materials delivery and incidental damage, but James and took full responsibility to make everything right. I would recommend using Primo to support a local business who also supports back to the community.

Due to insurance we had a short 2 week window to get a new roof on our house.James came out to our home the day after I called (would’ve been the day I called but I was at work); Despite the snowstorm we had gotten that night he showed up as expected(on Friday)and was able to look at our roof and determine the work and materials we needed. James helped us with our financing needs & shingle color selection and we had a new roof the NEXT BUSINESS DAY(Monday). The crew got it done and cleaned up EVERYTHING, you can’t even tell they were here.I was referred to Primo Exteriors through their previous customers and I will be referring them to anyone I know as well.Thanks...read full review
