I had a situation with a different company and their window installation that caused me to need to address a siding repair or replacement to my home. I had existing James Hardie siding, but it was 20 years old and showing wear and age. I wanted to continue with the James Hardie product and so I looked for a James Hardie Elite installer. I learned from shopping around, that this is a unique siding that has specific installation requirements in order for it to maintain its 30 yr warranty.

We have 21 year old Hardie Board siding on our home. Unfortunately, over the years, many of our boards had pulled away along the edges. I contacted EMA and Eddie came out within a day or two. The issues were probably caused by the initial installers, but Eddie and his team were able to fix these issues, and replace multiple planks that had been damaged during a roof replacement. Eddie is very knowledgeable in this field, and his team did an absolutely fabulous job! They also replaced various molding strips around our home. I received a recommendation for EMA Construction from my brother in law and looked up the site to do a little research and check them out. I liked what I saw and gave Eddie a call. He responded very quickly, a couple of them came to my house to see all what I was wanting to do. They took measurements and were very professional. We chatted for a few, shook hands and was told he would send a quote. I beleive it was 1-2 days later we got the cost! Any big project like residing a house and doing new windows will give anyone sticker shock! But I felt EMA Constructions pricing was very competitive for the amount of work I needed.
