After 3 years of looking into finding a roofer I got the chance to check into MK operation. I got a new leak that only shows up in the winter, which took me soo long to decide about a roof. MK came out found that snow wash getting in, did a on the spot repair at no charge. I had them do a full replacement as soon as the weather allowed
Thankfully I had it done before this series of snowfall came in. They replaced the plywood then had damage. What was nice is I could take a picture of my house with the roof samples a get a look at what it will look like.
My husband did roofing in his early years and was very impressed with the workmanship and I with the kindness of get the work and showing my husband the damage that they found.

I was evaluated at Myofit in April for a chronic pain issue that had been getting worse, and it has been determined to be hamstring injury. Pain was pretty debilitating, limiting my activities severely. Dr Adam Cramer pinpointed the trouble spot then we started on what ended up being 4 months of 2x a week PT sessions with the PT assistants - Becca, Breanna, and Anthony. Their skills, expertise, and critical thinking skills constantly evaluated the plan of care, adjusted up or down depending on pain, and modifying exercises and adjuncts to assist healing . They pushed me and constantly reassessed, they gave me tools and exercises to use at home making it easy to incorporate the exercises into my day. I had a few set backs and they always reassessed and adjusted the plan of care as needed. Dr Cramer tried dry needling as well. Becca suggested sports tape which made a huge difference and gave me the support I needed to jump ahead in my recovery. It took a while (I am old!!) but my leg strength, endurance, and exercise tolerance increased, and my pain is much better. Probably the most important ingredient to their success is the care and compassion that you can see they give everyone who walks in there. The office staff were terrific as well - welcoming each day I went in and making sure my appointments were set. If you need PT I highly recommend this team - I sure benefitted from their expertise!
The company stands behind their products. I had a warranty claim on a 45AH battery which they replaced. The warranty process was easy and stress free.
I've been using Gary for a couple years now for my pets. He came Highly Recommended to me by several of my friends that had recently lost their beloved pets. Gary is so AMAZING! He is compassionate, caring and understanding. I always feel as though my prescious babies will be safe in his hands. When returned, I feel warm and comforted.

I worked with Shawnee Wood Products to build kitchen, laundry and hallway cabinets. I can’t say enough about their workmanship and craftsmanship. The quality is superior. Mel and Ruthie were amazing in communicating and helping with decisions. It takes so much time and effort to plan cabinets that would last years to go. Ruthie was so patient and knowledgeable. She pointed out to all the smallest details which an average person can’t even know about. She helped with the ultimate design of the kitchen and hallway cabinets which made the space ergonomic and she used every inch of the space to plan cabinets accordingly. Don’t look anywhere else if you come across this company. Also, for the work that they had done, the price was just perfect. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this vet for several years and I have no complaints. They are always honest about what needs to be done and give me a breakdown of the cost as I am on a budget. When we just had to decide whether needed to put my dog down or not, Dr Jenny provided a cost of whether or not it would better to keep him alive or not. Unfortunately, due to his X-rays, honest opinion, and facts, we decided to put him down. When we put him down, we were in the room, my daughter held him, gave him hisses and we even were allowed grieving time after he was pronounced. This is an awesome vet, and I would recommend them to everyone!!

I've only been in the Middlefield Cleveland Plumbing Supply once but I liked their service and their prices. Their prices were much better than some of their local competitors.
I had a wonderful experience from hiring them to redo some hardwood flooring in my kitchen. I used them after my neighbor recommended them to me after she had a few rooms redone by them a couple months ago. They were professional and did an absolutely amazing job in a timely fashion.
They got me in for a same day appt as someone who’s never been a patient there before, for my cat who was battling an upper respiratory infection, a fever and dehydration. Despite my cat being difficult and aggressive because she was ill, all the staff was still pleasant and treated her with care and were very sweet (even though she was trying to rip their faces off). They gave her an antibiotic shot and fever reducer which has helped her. Even called to check on her a few days after her appt. She might need a follow up appt, so I will definitely bring her back here!

Always the guy I call for issues with our washer and dryer. He's always professional, on time, polite and explains everything in detail but makes it understandable for a female who knows absolutely nothing about the appliance world ? He's local, reputable and does quality work.
Had no heat in van and a light issue they made repairs. The heater got a new cluster and it worked good for a month or so but now the hi fan setting stops working. The blend door actuarator seems to be working good. Steve did the work and he seems pretty knowledgeable on repairs.
We've tried all the vets in the area, and this is by far our favorite. No nonsense, straightforward type of doctor, not going to try to upsell and offer tests and treatments that aren't necessary. Her prices are great, quick and efficient appointments. We are very pleased and highly recommend her!
