Had to get a small piece of woodwork done for a bathroom threshold. They guided me through the options and had the piece done within a week. I actually had to take it back to modify the dimensions due to my own mistakes and they said "if you have 5 minutes, we can fix it right now". They did and didn't want anything for their time.
