We were extremely happy with Dr. DeBross and his staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was no wait time. The drs. assistant (Kayla) was very friendly and explained everything she was doing. Our second visit with the Dr. was very helpful and informative. He was very pleasant and we would highly recommend this office.
The allergy testing & doctor is fine. However, every appointment I had scheduled, was somehow wrong in their books, and/or changed without notifying me. There’s something wrong with their system of managing appointments, because I have also been sent confirmation for appointments that were never made. From an organizational front desk standpoint, it’s a mess. I would only recommend not going here for this reason.
I have had good experiences at both this location and also the Beavercreek site.
The doctors are wonderful and I have had friendly interactions with the other staff, including the front desk. I am very happy with my medical care.
