I dont think the receptionists could be more rude on the phone if they were paid to be rude! Ridiculous.... Literally just hung up on me, no goodbye, no thank you, nothing. Sighed multiple times and had a nasty tone!

I had been going there for my allergies, and the doctor along with some of the medical staff are very nice. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk has been very different. The woman with white hair is consistently rude, both on the phone and in person.

I'm not sure why she treats patients this way, but people who are already feeling miserable because of their allergies shouldn't be made to feel like they're bothering the staff. A little kindness and professionalism at the front desk would make a big difference.

Not impressed. “Nurses” that give injections seem to have a high turnover it’s someone different on a regular basis. I’m not sure any of them like what they are doing. I don’t have a high degree of confidence my injections are being tracked.
