On installation day ( Sept 2025 ) Mike, Jace and Kurtiss arrived on time and were very respectful of our home , wearing shoe covers and laying down drop cloths. They worked diligently and had the job done quickly. They walked us through how to use our new thermostat and made sure we understood the system before leaving. Our new unit is working wonderfully.
