“We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning).The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time.When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious. They cleaned all requested areas and were respectful of our things. And what a reasonable price!!We will be contacting them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. “The guys showed up to clean the ducts in our new house earlier than the time slot, which was nice. They did a quick survey of the inside of the house to see where the ducts and cold air returns were as well as the furnace. They explained what they were doing then got started. The whole time they were there they were professional and courteous. Daniel took before and after photos of the inside of some of the ducts for me which was very interesting to see what was in them. Once they were done they cleaned up any mess they may have left.“
