We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning).The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time.When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious.
