“My 9 w.o. Baby was tongue tied with all ties. Dr. Natalie Stewart showed me ties and thoroughly answered all questions and took me step by step. All staff were incredible with my baby as well. I was very thankful bc she is struggling due to ties with colic, not latching, and trouble taking bottles even. They prioritized her immediately without me even having to explain it all, and got her in the office the same day I called. They made sure to give me all my options and I did not feel any pressure to do anything as I was informed on multiple things I could try. However, with her being in distress I wanted to immediately laser ties. They willingly took her, and she immediately was way better. I cannot say enough good things about them.
