“I went to the same dentist for 30 years. He did a root canal resulting in an abscess in 2019. When I moved to Cincinnati, I saw a few different dentist but ended up going to Crutchfield dentistry. Dr Crutchfield immediately found that there was still an abscess which could cause bone loss. She referred me to an endodontist who determined the tooth could not be saved. Dr Crutchfield extracted the tooth. Dr. Crutchfield is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. It’s baffling to me how she found this seven years later while other dentist did not. Highly recommend Crutchfield dentistry.“

The office was clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. They greeted other patients by name, and no one was left standing around waiting to be helped. It was clear that the team was organized and on top of things.

My hygienist, Shayla, was excellent. She was very personable, and I enjoyed talking with her about our families. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining the condition of my teeth and gums in a helpful, professional way, while also leaving the dental diagnosis and recommendations to the dentist. She was also very accommodating in helping me schedule my next appointment.

Once my cleaning and X-rays were complete, Dr. Romick came in promptly. He shook my hand, thanked me for coming in, and took the time to speak with me. He was kind, informative, and honest.

Although my experience is limited to this first visit, I am very impressed. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist were all exceptional, and I am already looking forward to coming back for my next cleaning.“

Everyone is very friendly and they use many of the top techniques and equipment. My employer does not provide dental insurance so their Smile 360 plan is a great fit and value for us. They do a good job of presenting options without pushing services and products. We accept some and find alternative to others that are in addition to what the plan covers.“
