My 9 w.o. Baby was tongue tied with all ties. Dr. Natalie Stewart showed me ties and thoroughly answered all questions and took me step by step. All staff were incredible with my baby as well. I was very thankful bc she is struggling due to ties with colic, not latching, and trouble taking bottles even. They prioritized her immediately without me even having to explain it all, and got her in the office the same day I called. They made sure to give me all my options and I did not feel any pressure to do anything as I was informed on multiple things I could try. We had a great first visit today!! We scheduled our son’s first dental appointment and the team went above and beyond. Megan explained every tool & its purpose to our toddler to make him feel comfortable & brave! She went slow & was so complementary of him - making him feel proud of himself. Dr. Natalie was very kind & informative. We like their conservative approach to dental care & their mindful use of more holistic products. We felt very welcome, the space is clean & kid friendly. We scheduled ourselves to join their family program as they provide family membership deals. We’re excited to establish care here for all of us!
