Dr. Jen takes time to explain underlying issues and how things are connected. I had a lot of apprehension for my first appointment, so she explained all of her tools and took a more gentle approach so I could see and feel how the adjustments would go. On top of their care, Dr. Jen and Madison always impress me with remembering our previous conversations and do well to check in with you as a person. ON TOP of all that, sometimes Dr. Jen brings her small dogs into the office. Overall, the ladies at Back2Back provide a great care experience!“
