My husband and I both enjoyed going to Back2Back. Madison does a great job with taking care of you at check in and making you feel comfortable. Dr. Jen takes time to explain underlying issues and how things are connected. I had a lot of apprehension for my first appointment, so she explained all of her tools and took a more gentle approach so I could see and feel how the adjustments would go. On top of their care, Dr. Jen and Madison always impress me with remembering our previous conversations and do well to check in with you as a person. I’ve been seen by 4 or 5 different chiropractors throughout my life and Dr. Jen and her staff are by far the best. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are really easy to work with on appointments. Dr. Jen’s attention to detail and the way she listens to and addresses all of your aches and pains is unmatched. She takes the time to listen to everything you have to say and explains everything she’s doing in ways you can understand. Truly the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to!
