“This office was great, Dr. Bafford and his staff were very nice. Scheduling my appointments was super easy and convenient for my schedule. I went in with bad lower back pain that made it hard to walk upright and would struggle to even bend and tie my shoes (pain I had for a while that was made worse with a recent pregnancy). After working with Dr. Bafford for a month my back pain is minimal and I can actually bend down to tie my shoes and go on walks with my kids and be more active in general. I also really loved the roller table used to help stretch out my back. I would highly recommend this office.“
