“We cannot thank Busch Funeral and Crematory Services enough for the kindness and compassion they showed our family during the loss of my sweet mother. From the very moment they came into our home, the gentlemen, were so respectful , compassionate and so sincere. They treated my mother with such dignity, care, and respect, and the entire staff continued to support us every step of the way through the entire process.
Joe, who handled our arrangements, was absolutely wonderful — cant say enough about him, so very kind, down to earth, patient, and understanding. He made a very difficult time feel much easier for our family and guided us through everything with genuine compassion. He's just one of those people that made you feel comfortable, so easy to talk to, very relatable and guided our family with so much care and ease. He took a very hard time and made it as easy as he could on our family. Also Elaine , (heart of gold ) was also incredibly kind and caring, and her warmth, kindness and compassion as I came to pick my mothers ashes up truly meant so much to me. Every interaction with all the staff including those who modified my sweet mothers obituary, Meagan was nothing less than exceptional.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but the entire staff at Busch made us feel supported, comforted, and cared for from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful for the excellent care they provided for my mother and our entire family. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult time. I dont think you can find greater care any where else.
