I wanna thank you. I thought you guys did a wonderful job for my father. My mother is also in her nineties and I would love to have a celebration of life very including alcohol. If your policy doesn't change we might have to look elsewhere. But otherwise I thought you guys did a wonderful job.

Two years ago a young family member of mine passed away very suddenly. I don't know what we would have done without the Fortuna family. They are true, caring professionals who took care of those of us still living and my loved one who had passed, at every level during our nightmare. Two years later, I still can't thank them enough for all they did. These are good people, taking care of others during the most awful times and making things run as smoothly as possible and I am blessed to have had them there for me and my loved ones.

I'm certain that not to many people would think to rate a funeral home but I had to share my experience. First off, this is not the first time I have used their service. When "they" say customer service is a reason to return somewhere they had Fortuna Funeral home in mind. From questions ahead of time (do yourself a favor and preplan if you can, makes life easier) to when moment of need comes, to date of memorial service they have superior customer service. The care and professionalism of this team is beyond exceptional. I'm in the right hands when I'm not necessarily in the right mind.
