“Overall, I’m happy with the roof Bo Lacey Construction installed on my home. The finished roof looks great, and I feel they did quality work. The crew was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the project.

The project manager was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My roof was completed over six days because they were fitting us in due to an active leak with a smaller crew (4 weeks out on a full crew) which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be to improve communication during longer projects. There were several days when I didn’t receive an update on the progress, and a quick end-of-day update would have gone a long way in keeping me informed.

My other area for improvement is the cleanup. The daily cleanup could have been better, and after the final cleanup there was still some trash left around the property that I had to pick up.

Overall, I would recommend Bo Lacey Construction. They delivered a good-looking roof, the workmanship appears solid, and everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. With a little more attention to communication and cleanup, the experience would have easily been a five-star one.“

“On the recommendation of our insurance agent, we had a new roof installed by Tim's Mid Ohio on 6 May. The foreman of the crew, Jesse, did a nice job with the process. Shortly after beginning the tear-off it was determined that our plywood was delaminating and that it should be replaced. Jesse found a local supplier and procured the plywood. He and his crew installed the new plywood over the entirety of our roof and finished the job by the end of the day. He also went out of his way to run out and get the correct color of drip edge after I had picked the wrong color. I am posting a couple photos of the flashing and finish work at our chimney. Pleased with how it turned out.

I would possibly ding Tim's half a star for spotty communication throughout the process but otherwise very happy.“

“Rob & Jason did an excellent job on the repair work in the my house from the ice-dam water damage and Kim did an excellent job coordinating the project. It was interesting watching Rob & Jason do their job in 3 days where, as I told them, it would have taken me months to do and no way would it have looked as good as what they did.
