From Brandon and Chase putting all my windows in and rebuilding an exterior kitchen wall to Manual and Elmer doing my tear off , insulation and siding and all the pop out window and door flashing , 2 of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. And then my project manager, Shaun !! Unbelievably professional and personable who seen my project through from start to finish !! Amazing attention to detail with everything! “On the recommendation of our insurance agent, we had a new roof installed by Tim's Mid Ohio on 6 May. The foreman of the crew, Jesse, did a nice job with the process. Shortly after beginning the tear-off it was determined that our plywood was delaminating and that it should be replaced. Jesse found a local supplier and procured the plywood. He and his crew installed the new plywood over the entirety of our roof and finished the job by the end of the day. He also went out of his way to run out and get the correct color of drip edge after I had picked the wrong color. I am posting a couple photos of the flashing and finish work at our chimney. Pleased with how it turned out.

I would possibly ding Tim's half a star for spotty communication throughout the process but otherwise very happy.“

“Rob & Jason did an excellent job on the repair work in the my house from the ice-dam water damage and Kim did an excellent job coordinating the project. It was interesting watching Rob & Jason do their job in 3 days where, as I told them, it would have taken me months to do and no way would it have looked as good as what they did.

“robbie has been amazing to work with. hes helped me transform my 130 yr old house into a beauty. ive had issues with previous people not wanting to work on this house, but his workers have been very precise in all the angles of my home and working very hard 11 hr days most of the time. any small problem has been fixed right away without any sort of hassle. him and his crew have went above and beyond and they are all very easy to get along with and friendly. i consider this team friends now. i would recommend for any project especially a big one like mine. hes helped me to maintain alot of the historic look. also very easy to communicate with and answers very quickly which is a big plus!“
