“On the recommendation of our insurance agent, we had a new roof installed by Tim's Mid Ohio on 6 May. The foreman of the crew, Jesse, did a nice job with the process. Shortly after beginning the tear-off it was determined that our plywood was delaminating and that it should be replaced. Jesse found a local supplier and procured the plywood. He and his crew installed the new plywood over the entirety of our roof and finished the job by the end of the day. He also went out of his way to run out and get the correct color of drip edge after I had picked the wrong color. I am posting a couple photos of the flashing and finish work at our chimney. Pleased with how it turned out.

I would possibly ding Tim's half a star for spotty communication throughout the process but otherwise very happy.“

“Jon and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom update and in just 3 days! The price was fair and right in the middle of the two other estimates I received, but what really sold me was Jon's vibe. He's just a good dude and has excellent people working with him. Sean and Shannon worked non-stop and were very professional, polite, and the worksite was cleared and clean daily. They just left today and I already had a client ask for contact info after she saw the room!“

“Rob & Jason did an excellent job on the repair work in the my house from the ice-dam water damage and Kim did an excellent job coordinating the project. It was interesting watching Rob & Jason do their job in 3 days where, as I told them, it would have taken me months to do and no way would it have looked as good as what they did.
