The project manager was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My roof was completed over six days because they were fitting us in due to an active leak with a smaller crew (4 weeks out on a full crew) which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be to improve communication during longer projects. I love the windows. Jacob was phenomenal to work with. Always got back to be quickly and answered all my questions. I did not like the pressure to sign today or lose out on a discount. If you want my business I feel you should have given me some breathing room.
