Rob & Jason did an excellent job on the repair work in the my house from the ice-dam water damage and Kim did an excellent job coordinating the project. It was interesting watching Rob & Jason do their job in 3 days where, as I told them, it would have taken me months to do and no way would it have looked as good as what they did.

We recently had major water damage in our home and JN was recommended by our insurance company. Wow, did they nail it! They were very professional and courteous. They worked on our home like they would work on their own home. All of their work was top notch. We would like to give a special thanks to Ray, Paul, Tom, and Kim. There were others that were here that helped too and we thank them as well. The owner Jason Neal came to our home and met with us and was very helpful. I had a fire at my home and there was considerable damage. Most of my home was taken down to the studs in order to accomplish repairs.
My first meeting with Jason went very well, and I was pleased with the time he took to talk with me. My first meeting with Ray and Bill went very well also. I remember that the three of us stood in my destroyed living room and Bill asked me if he could pray with me. I knew that these were the people I needed to rebuild my house.
I personally worked with Aaron, Paul, Ray, Rob, Taylor, Kim and Heidi and each and every one of them were great about working with me, answering questions, being professional and very helpful with decisions...read full review
