The job covered replacing around 10 boards on the deck floor, plus replacing and adding posts along our privacy fence, the old ones had started to bow out and needed attention.

David and Mykelti showed up on time every visit, were genuinely friendly, and it showed how much pride they took in getting the details right. Any time we had a question or wanted to check on something, they took it seriously and walked us through it. We never felt dismissed or like we were a bother.

“We feel that the highest compliment you can give a team of workers is that they CARE. The crew from Rogers Paving that put in our driveway really cared. It was a difficult job because they first had to remove three layers of old asphalt. They then had to slope the driveway in a new direction without harming the existing stone walls and then install a new gravel base. Each employee took special care to make sure nothing was damaged. They all worked hard as a team. It seemed that each employee was trained to work the various types of equipment. After a long second day at the end of the project, the foreman walked up the driveway and saw something he didn’t like. The whole team came back up and continued working. It was getting late and they still were not happy, so they came back the third day and finished. There are not that many people today who would take such pride in their work.
