“This is for the Macedonia Ohio store. I needed binding done on a manual that was coming apart. The printing section was very busy, so a very nice lady (I neglected to get her name) from the main checkout counter came over, helped me, put a larger comb binding on and didn't charge me!! All with a smile on her face!! Wonderful customer service.....thank you.”
“Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very kind, friendly and helpful sending me all the way through the startup of me utilizing the product. Kept in touch and left contact info if I needed future help. I became a loyal customer immediately !”
