All of the staff at AtNetPlus have been very helpful and quick to respond to any issue that I had. They listen to what I have to say and don't treat me like I don't know anything. I am glad they are just a call or email away.
Our company relies on ATNET to keep our equipment running and recently my work PC was slowing due to age and Microsoft update issues. The team reached out as soon as I notified them of my concerns and level 1 started some basic trouble shooting and came up with some ideas that may resolve the issue while transfering me to a higher level. Nathan W was the person that then reached out and worked on the PC fully helping to update some specific drivers associated with the slow down. Nathan went through all required items, updated the correct drivers, and helped get the PC up and running well again. ATNET has always taken good care of my equipment and been beyond responsive.
AtNetPlus is so fast and easy to use, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I work for a solar company and time is critical. They were able to get me back up and running very quickly. Would differently recommend them to any company.
