I felt safe and at ease.<br><br>Rachel was wonderful. I do not have any experience with beauty services and she explained everything in full detail to me. She was honest with what she felt I honestly did not need so that I wasn't overpaying.<br><br>Rachel was very thorough and careful. She explained what pain I might experience and constantly asked me if I was alright and if I needed to stop. She kept engaging conversation and did an incredible job with my lashes and brows.<br><br>I was very appreciative about how she managed my expectations, told me how to make my service last, how often I'd need to come back, and what to avoid.<br><br>When it came time to pay, the price for the service was worth it, in my opinion. Rachel was very honest and had me clarify my tip amount so that I didn't feel scammed in any way before she charged my card.<br><br>I had to wait for my ride to arrive and another employee who I sadly didn't catch the name of was also very kind and offered me something to drink if I was thirsty. I had already paid and my service was complete, so it was lovely of them to continue to care. I felt like a client that mattered and not just another number.<br><br>Would give 10 stars if I could.”
