“The Groover crew did the job in one day. They were very efficient and had all the necessary equipment to do a great job. I’m very happy with the results. They removed old shingles, replaced needed plywood, protected the landscape, and cleaned up, properly. They had rebuilt my chimney in the past, so I was sure they would do a nice job.“

“Had Brushworks come out and do some work for me and I’m honestly really impressed. Everything turned out way better than I expected. The lines are super clean and the finish looks great.

They showed up when they said they would, didn’t drag the job out, and kept everything pretty clean the whole time. You can tell they actually know what they’re doing and care about the work.

Pricing was fair too, especially for the quality you get.

“Jason and his team did a great job rerouting a downspout issue I was having. He was actually working on my neighbors property when I asked for a quote while he was there. He took the time to check out the issue and give me a fair price NO BULL the very next morning. I checked out the work during a storm we just had and that downspout was flowing like crazy AWAY from my house. I have a few other projects I'll be calling AB Drain out for in the future.

“Update 8/19/2025 - Our window (not one they installed) reflected onto our siding and started melting it. We called our sales person at Quality and they came out and fixed it quickly. Again, I can not say it enough of what great customer service they have. Not only at Quality but with the relationship they have with the installers too. FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work!! Also side note - we live in Westlake and they are all located in Youngstown! Also side note - make sure to tint windows that you think could reflect onto your darker siding. Easy fix for us!

I couldn't be more happy with the excellent customer service and installation of our full house siding and windows! They took extra care in the installation and whenever I had a concern or question the response time was, at the least, amazing. Even if it was an evening or weekend I received a response right away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a siding and window contractor any day. To top it all off the price was really competitive as well!
