It made the front of my house look like new again and the neighbors put their candles away.”

I had a new roof installed several years ago, and recently had a tree fall on the house with roof and gutter damage … not only was Groover there to help, but they responded within 24 hours during a time where so many had so much damage due to a massive storm. The repairs were made quickly and efficiently. “Update 8/19/2025 - Our window (not one they installed) reflected onto our siding and started melting it. We called our sales person at Quality and they came out and fixed it quickly. Again, I can not say it enough of what great customer service they have. Not only at Quality but with the relationship they have with the installers too. FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work!! Also side note - we live in Westlake and they are all located in Youngstown! Also side note - make sure to tint windows that you think could reflect onto your darker siding. Easy fix for us!<br><br>I couldn't be more happy with the excellent customer service and installation of our full house siding and windows! They took extra care in the installation and whenever I had a concern or question the response time was, at the least, amazing. Even if it was an evening or weekend I received a response right away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a siding and window contractor any day. To top it all off the price was really competitive as well!
