I love this community! I came to this gym from another, I can tell you they’re not all the same. I knew it was going to be amazing the first time I crossed the threshold. For the past almost two years, I’ve felt like this is my little home away from home. I’m always greeted with smiles and hellos from whoever is coaching or participating in the class. There are definitely days I don’t want to workout & know I wouldn’t if I were relying on my own motivation but workout is written, I just have to show up. From beginner athlete to elite athlete, everyone is celebrated and supported, there is just no place like this CrossFit community.

We joined this gym over two years ago when we moved here. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. The coaches are fantastic and I’ve made some huge accomplishments since coming here. CrossFit is for everyone, and the coaches are great about helping you modify the workouts as needed. The best thing about this gym are the PEOPLE! Dropped in for a Saturday 7:30 class with Coach Luke. Great gym. Coach knew my name and introduced himself right when I walked in. Good coach led warm up and workout. Members were all very friendly and welcoming. Space is great and the equipment is new and updated. Solid gym.
