Cleveland Clinic - Lorain Family Health & Surgery Center has staff that was friendly. Patient parking is not good during the day, and the new pre-visit screening area behind the 1st floor elevators doesn't seem too confidential. For one foot surgery, the experience turned into something not as bad as thought, thanks to the awesome doctors, entire nursing staff, and everyone behind the scenes. Another visit for neck pain was amazing, with an extremely fast process in urgent care, where Margaret Mueller was an absolute blessing who diagnosed and got the right medication in the blink of an eye.
I was in for a meniscus repair with Dr. Matko. The care team I had was wonderful. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. They all had incredible bedside manner. They were all informative and knowledgeable. They were kind and meticulous with my care. Thank you to the staff and surgeon.

Amazing visit. Had neck pain and stopped in at 9am on a Thursday morning to urgent care. The process was extremally fast and working with Margaret Mueller was an absolute blessing! She was able to diagnose me and get me the right medication in the blink of an eye. I 100% recommend this Cleveland clinic!
