“This eye doctor office is truly amazing! I used to dread coming to the eye doctor, however, Dr. Hartman and staff made my annual visit so easy and enjoyable! I was running a little late due to traffic, so I called the office to let them know and immediately Kaitlyn was able to reschedule me to a time a little later in the morning. Upon arriving, everybody at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Kiana, the assistant, took me back to start my exam and she was so knowledgeable! You could tell she really did enjoy her job. This was my first time meeting Dr. Hartman and I was very impressed. I have had a lot of inconsistency over the years trying to find a good eye doctor, but I will definitely be coming back to him! He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns about my eye health and was able to answer all my questions. Teresa finished off my appointment with helping me order new contacts and she was very kind and professional. Also, just a bonus, they were playing Taylor Swift the entire visit!! I would 100% recommend this eye doctor!!“
“We drove in from Pennsylvania because I needed glasses immediately. I was helped almost as soon as I walked in. Customer service was outstanding and the price was far cheaper than my last Dr. Had my glasses in less than 2 hours. I'll definitely be back!!“
“Dr. Gaetano is by far one of the best and one of the most thorough doctors around. I wish there were more of him. There are a few good staff members that I love but, the reason for my rating is because when I was just in for a contact exam. The older woman who took me back and came in and out of the room after he left to another room, was not very friendly. Not to mention it being for an eye exam for contacts and she opened them up and wouldn’t give me a mirror to put them in. The first pair I didn’t have much luck with so she came back with another pair to try and she opened them up and stuck her fingers in the lenses and dropped them in my hand. I thought it was very unsanitary. Which again, couldn’t even hand me a mirror to put them in. Her nails were also pretty long and who knows what could have been on them. I was very put off by that experience. Brooke is the best and rocks in every single way possible.“
“When arriving at Dr. Storza’s office I was greeted by a very professional and friendly secretary at the front desk. Doctor Storza was very thorough with examination of my eyes. He was very respectful and answered a couple questions I had in a very sincere way. Love the extensive lines of eye wear available. Normally get Silhouettes, but chose a similar more economical brand . Been searching for an eye doctor like this for four years after moving to Youngstown. Heard of him by word of mouth from one of my clients. Thank you Dr. Storza and staff for a wonderful experience.“

“Walked into Steven's Optical with my titanium glasses all mangled glasses fell out of my car and did not notice and stepped on them he fixed them right on the spot until they fit perfectly. So glad they did not have to get sent out. This was my second mishap and walked in and fixed immediately. There is still caring and generous companies out there?“

“Dr. Jacques Bataille was by far one of the most patient, soft spoken, kindest Dr's. I have ever had. His commitment to finding me the right contact fit was so appreciated. I wear bifocal glasses, so I need multifocal contact lenses, and well, let's just say it is not easy to find the right fit. I had to return 3 different times, trying on many different lenses to no prevail. He never got inpatient or gave up on me. He stayed committed until we finally found the right fit! I am forever grateful for him and will continue to return to him for all of my future appointments.“
