Bloomberg Eyecare offers a wonderful experience with great customer service. Staff members are helpful and attentive, making patients feel comfortable during eye exams. They are especially good with children, explaining procedures to ease fears. The selection of glasses is impressive, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Many customers appreciate the smoothness of the eye tests and the support from the staff, ensuring they will return for future visits.
Easy to call to order my contacts (they can Access my insurance plan without me having to find all my info). Also it was a fast turn around time from ordering since I wear dailies and put off ordering til I was down to my last set. Lastly, the Staff is always pleasant.
I was in the Niles store this week with my mom who was having difficulty with her new lens.
We had a fantastic experience as Michele, the manager, I believe, calmly, professionally, and patiently explained to us that mom had dry eye macular degeneration in both her eyes. She printed off the notes for us from the eye doctor and explained everything clearly about what we needed to do to help my elderly mom with her eye problems.
I was very impressed with her knowledge and desire to help us both. She was willing to go over the eye doctors notes with me line by line since I wasn't with my elderly mom when she had her appointment.

The girls here are AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help. The eye exams are thorough and then when it's time to order glasses they actually listen to what you need and want. They take the time to get to know you and made some great recommendations like blue light that has really helped with my headaches at work! I ended up having one of their new virtual exams and I was really impressed with how fast I was able to get in and how smoothly it went. I was even more impressed the doctor that joined us remotely took the time to pull up the photos of the back of my eye and zoom in so I could see that everything was healthy!
