Customers have praised the knowledgeable and helpful staff, who take the time to explain options and properly fit glasses. Eyemart Express also provides everyday 2-pair specials on single and progressive vision lenses, both in-store and online. One customer was able to get their broken glasses replaced the same day, after being told it would take 2-3 weeks elsewhere. Overall, Eyemart Express provides a great selection of eyewear at competitive prices, along with excellent customer service.
Always excellent here. Chuck always is very patient and lends great advice when deciding what you need for your lenses and frames. In and out and the glasses were done in 27 minutes! Wow! UPDATE- 3 years later, Oct 2, 2026 -same Chuck, same great service and same awesome advice! I wish I had Chuck working for me, he is a huge asset to this branch of Eyemart Express! Thanks for taking your job to the next level- you rock!
Patti was great! I felt very comfortable with her. She wasn't pushy, she gave me my space to browse but was also available when I needed Help! Love her cheerful attitude. My only complaint is my glasses were more expensive than I initially thought they would be. That being said, I no longer have insurance so wasn't sure about the pricing.. But their service is wonderful.
Phenomenal service. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. $119 out the door for a contact lense exam. Everyone was beyond kind and professional. My husband is a LensCrafters snob, but as we were leaving he said he would like to make an appointment with them. 15/10.
