We drove in from Pennsylvania because I needed glasses immediately. I was helped almost as soon as I walked in. Customer service was outstanding and the price was far cheaper than my last Dr. Had my glasses in less than 2 hours. I'll definitely be back!!

Excellent store! Terrible experience with the Niles store year after year. Workers are pushy and the manager has a terrible attitude. Will only purchase from the Poland store from this point forward. Excellent customer service! Chuck was the best!

The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because I had to wait almost an hour to pick up my glasses. They should have a separate line for pick up separate from new purchase. Otherwise, they were awesome!!
