“I have been seeing Dr. Marcotte for almost a year now. Being in my mid 40's, I'd been experiencing great changes with my weight, energy levels, focus, memory, sleep, even digestive issues. After doing a full blood panel, food sensitivity and gut test, we've been able to pinpoint a lot of issues going on, including a hypoactive thyroid. It's now almost a year later and I not only feel healthier and lost most of the weight gained, but I'm also avoiding going on thyroid medicine which is HUGE for me as I didn't want to be dependent on this for the rest of my life. Just avoiding certain foods, taking supplements and doing a metabolic cleanse put me on the right track, which I'm THRILLED about!I started seeing Dr. Marcotte a couple of months ago for chiropractic care. I had almost written off chiropractors as I've seen 4 other Dr's in the Columbus area who could not help me. I'd been living with throbbing to dull achy pain in my hip and neck for over 15 yrs. I have pretty serious curvature in my spine and neck areas, which cause me pain daily. After finally taking up the good Dr. for an adjustment, I have to admit, he is the only Dr. who can actually adjust/crack my neck, and he nails it every time. This has helped alleviate much of my neck and hip pain, I'm excited to continue my treatments to get even more results.The staff is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and they all truly care about your health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend this facility and Dr. Marcotte enough!“

“While my overall experience has been decent, I have a drug test as a compliance favor for my new doctor and got a letter in the mail for $86 balance, after the insurance was billed. Be Careful if your doctor ever asks you to do a drug test to help them with compliance numbers as you will be stuck with the bill if your insurance doesn’t pay for it… should Not be that way when the test is not to assist in your own medical needs.“

“This review is for Dr.Jeffrey Marshall, Westerville Family Physicians, COPC and it's Care Navigation Team. I have been a patient under Westerville Family Physicians with numerous doctors, at least 12 years give or take. Every doctor has been great. Dr. Marshall has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is always looking out for my well-being. I called the Care Navigation Team regarding an incident that involved a tetanus vaccine. Nurse Lisa gave me instructions. Within an hour I received a call from Dr. Marshall's nurse that the doctor wanted to see me regarding this incident. Where do you get this type of looking out? Stunning. Within the day, I was called by the scheduling department, to set up a physical exam that was due as well, requested by Dr. Marshall. It feels amazing to be truly cared for by your doctor and the group, COPC, that is employing these individuals.“

Doctor B was efficiently checking on my vision exam, and we evaluated each of my medications. He expressed concern over my blood pressure so we agreed on a medication (he checked to make sure I was not allergic). And I have received the BP monitor he suggested. The tech handled the blood gathering like a pro and also put up with my dad jokes very nicely.“

“I had shoulder surgery in my right shoulder. I opted for QC Kinetix in left shoulder with similar injury. Surgery had me down for a long time with complications and even still after a couple of years, I experience tightness in my right shoulder. With QC I had very little downtime, in fact, I was able to continue light exercises immediately after the first treatment and through the other treatments. I regained full range of motion after the 1st 3 weeks. My pain diminished as well during that time. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me through recommendations and follow up to continue my healing process all the way through the treatment period. I send them emails and they always respond within a day or so. When my old insurance company could not reach a Contract agreement to keep this office “in network”, I went through the hassle of switching to another health insurance provider just to be able to continue coming here. I must’ve had at least 10 visits over the years, and yet to have a bad experience.“
