I became a new patient in 2022. It took awhile to get a new patient appointment, but it was well worth the wait. My physician is empathetic, well educated about my medical conditions, and immediately got us working together on life changing care. This review is for Dr.Jeffrey Marshall, Westerville Family Physicians, COPC and it's Care Navigation Team. I have been a patient under Westerville Family Physicians with numerous doctors, at least 12 years give or take. Every doctor has been great. Dr. Marshall has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is always looking out for my well-being. I called the Care Navigation Team regarding an incident that involved a tetanus vaccine. Nurse Lisa gave me instructions.
