“This company has been my go to for plumbing for the last 10 years. They’ve never let me down. Again today they came through for me when I needed them most. My hot water heater started spewing water everywhere this afternoon. As soon as I got the water turned off I immediately called Deaton Plumbing and again they came to my rescue. They assured me that they would not leave without hot water over the weekend. In no time at all they had two very competent young men come out with a 50 gallon water heater and replaced the old one. Brett and Cole were excellent. Both friendly and polite, hard working and competent. They came in and quoted me a price, making sure that I was ok with it, explained what they were going to do and immediately got to work. It was a pleasure to have them here. They replaced the old water heater, took the old one away and cleaned everything up ( you wouldn’t even know anything happened, except for the new equipment). They explained everything they did and showed me where the water turn offs were should I need them again. I could not be happier and am extremely grateful to them. I would recommend this company and do, to everyone I meet.“

“Our garbage disposal stopped working called Nixco Plumbing and got an appointment pretty quick. The men came out gave a quote and had new disposal on the truck. They replaced it with the new one and did a good job. John and the young man that replaced the new one were very friendly and easy to talk with and explained the plan very well. “Plumbtite fitted my request in, showed up and fixed my gas line all on the same day. Professionalism was good, but pricing was a bit steep and you don’t learn that until they arrive. A $99 diagnostic fee will be charged on top of the fix cost which I believe is unnecessary but is policy (I think the $99 should go towards the fix). When dealing with gas lines you want the work done well and right (which they did), and that is what matters most.“

“I experience an issue with a blocked kitchen disposal/ sink drain on Thursday evening, December 5. A friend recommended I contact Don with Preferref Plumbing in Morrow. I contacted them and they were at my home early afternoon on Friday December 6.
Extremely professional and very experienced.
Don was able to clear the drain in addition to addressing bathroom vanity drain issue and replace parts in three toilets.
All the plumbing issues that day were resolved correctly the first time and I had no need to have them return like I have experienced with past plumbers.
