Braden did a great job. He was patient with us as we decided what work we wanted done and then helped make sure we were educated on the decisions we were making. Quality person. Quality work.
Alex was our technician. He was respectful, efficient and thorough. Provided me with all alternative options with separate price points to complete the job, offered advice with future plumbing inquiries and ensured I understood all the technical plumbing language. 10/10 would recommend.
Kade was extremely professional and vastly informative when it came to the issues we were experiencing. He was able to diagnose the issue in a very timely manner and was able to clearly explain why the issue had occurred. He was also on time even though the weather outside was not the best and was exceptionally polite. I, without question, will be using Spartan in the future with any additional plumbing issues they may arise and would highly recommended to anyone.
