“The staff was/ have been friendly but overall the communication between the call center, the men who came to inspect our home and the crew who came to clean/set up has been disappointing. There seems to be a gap in communication and has caused some confusion and delays between everyone. Highly suggest the staff double check there notes, ( like who they’re supposed to call/contact ) I was called multiple occasions when it was noted to please reach my husband as I had no part in this process. So with this review, I would say you’re okay to use Orkin, they did their job and apologize for the inconvenience but note the communication needs a lot of work.
