Technician, Terrell Wilburn, provided great customer service support for TruGreen Shrub and tree care at our Residence. He took the time to explain the services he was performing, ask if we had any questions or concerns, and was professional and friendly. He was very customer oriented and we appreciate that. Terrell is a good face for TruGreen.
