Do an excellent job of sticking to their scheduled day for services, and if they need to adjust due to weather or an increase in work requests I'm notified well in advance. Team pays attention to the little things as well, this year my lawn is serviced on Monday which is also my garbage collection day - team will return my can to the side of house where previous companies would literally just cut around it.
